Terms & Conditions — Lucky55 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Lucky55 ("Lucky55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://lucky55.cam and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content provided by Lucky55.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion offered by Lucky55, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Lucky55 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account"

The registered user account created by a Member on the Lucky55 platform, enabling access to all products and services.

"Balance"

The total monetary value held in a Member's account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account as part of a promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Lucky55 before processing withdrawals or in response to compliance obligations.

"Platform"

The Lucky55 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible via https://lucky55.cam.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20).

"MYR / RM"

Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency used for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on the Lucky55 platform for Malaysian members.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Lucky55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Lucky55 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity. Registering on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing Lucky55 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Lucky55 or any affiliated entity, software provider, or payment processor.
• You must not have previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by Lucky55 for cause.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on the Lucky55 platform. Opening, maintaining, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your account at any time;
• Notifying Lucky55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Lucky55 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from Lucky55 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Lucky55 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. As part of this commitment, Lucky55 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document. Malaysian members are required to provide a copy of their MyKad (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence displaying your full name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your name and registered mobile number).
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the Member holding their identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing the Lucky55 brand name and the date, as instructed by the compliance team.

Lucky55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, at its sole discretion, where deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Lucky55 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the Lucky55 Privacy Policy.

Lucky55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a Lucky55 account:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Lucky55 does not charge fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which Lucky55 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• Lucky55 will not process deposits that are suspected of originating from unlawful activity, and reserves the right to return any such deposit and close the associated account.

Members may request withdrawal of available real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal. Partial rollovers do not qualify for withdrawal of associated winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Lucky55 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.
• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to several business hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Lucky55 reserves the right to perform additional due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in amount or frequency.

Lucky55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages affecting e-wallet services.

Lucky55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, round, or hand is typically capped between MYR 10 and MYR 50, as stated in the applicable promotion. Breaching this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if not used and fully rolled over within the window stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Lucky55 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, multi-accounting, or any other conduct Lucky55 deems to undermine the integrity of its promotional offers.

Lucky55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The specific terms of each promotion, published at the time of that promotion, take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of any conflict.

All games and betting markets offered on the Lucky55 platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are made available within the platform interface. In the event of any discrepancy between those individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail.

Lucky55 uses certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") for all digital casino games. RNG certification is maintained through independent testing to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and free from manipulation.

With respect to sports betting specifically:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the appropriate governing body.
• Lucky55 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been affected by corrupt activity, match-fixing, or system errors.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or bet that renders the result void or indeterminate, Lucky55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account.
• Lucky55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lucky55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activity or in furtherance of money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other context where such collusion provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting with bonus funds, systematic exploitation of promotions, or coordinating with third parties to exploit bonus structures;
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to Lucky55 through your payment provider;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other Members.

All content on the Lucky55 platform, including but not limited to the Lucky55 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Lucky55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written consent from Lucky55;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software underlying the platform;
• Using Lucky55's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenues, or expected savings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform;
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, network failures, or telecommunications infrastructure outside Lucky55's direct control.

Lucky55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. Lucky55 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

Lucky55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Lucky55 operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform for players aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members and may be activated at any time by contacting the Lucky55 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a specified cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period, beyond which the platform will prevent further play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for their stated duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be applied to an account upon request, during which no deposits or gameplay will be permitted.

Lucky55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Member account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member against Lucky55;
• Conduct that Lucky55 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its staff, or other Members;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy policies;
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, Lucky55 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in the affected account. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable costs may be returned to the Member following satisfactory resolution of any outstanding compliance matters, at Lucky55's discretion.

A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Lucky55 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

Lucky55 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Lucky55 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Where Lucky55 considers an amendment to be material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active Members via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the revised Terms taking effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Lucky55 holds its operating licence.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies designated by Lucky55's regulatory framework for the resolution of any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

Nothing in this clause limits Lucky55's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including but not limited to the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and will be investigated in accordance with Lucky55's internal dispute resolution procedure.
